Angel knows what a full life actually looks like. She's a wife, grandmother to twenty, and part of a beautifully blended family of eleven, with one lovely teenager still at home. She's also the oldest of six siblings, a business owner, a cheesemaker, and a speaker. Not sequentially. All at once.

For over eighteen years, she and her husband Jim built Blue Jacket Dairy in Bellefontaine, Ohio from the ground up, turning local milk into award-winning artisan cheese sold in restaurants, retail shops, and farmers markets across Ohio.

 

She serves as President of the Ohio Cheese Guild and handles finance and HR for several family-run ventures. Before cheese making, she was Vice President of Finance of The Allegro Group, a tech startup later acquired during the dot-com era.

Her earliest work experience was packaging gizzards, livers, and hearts at a turkey processing plant and working in her father's sign shop. She'll tell you that's where she learned grit, hard work, and humility.

​

Angel is an award-winning Toastmasters' speaker who has competed and placed at the area and district level, a graduate of the National Speakers Association of Ohio ProTrack program, and a protege member of the Advanced Writers and Speakers Association.

 

She reads over fifty books a year, not because she has extra time, but because it's how she slows down enough to think. She brews a fresh pot of unsweetened iced tea every morning. Every. Single. Morning.

 

Her message comes from her life: that with intention, you can build something meaningful in the middle of a full one.
